Your player has been tracking a moving ball since he was five. So why does hitting feel so different?
A new approach to baseball development from 10 Yr MLB All-Star and Silver Slugger Matt Nokes - NY Yankees - Detroit Tigers
The Big League Clubhouse is a small-group development program for amateur players all rowing in the same direction learning the 4D F.I.T. Timing Framework
What's Included:
- The Timing Framework 12 Principles Course
- In Person Weekly Training
- Course and Community App
- Inside Community: Weekly Mentorship inside the community, live meetings, rehearsal and drills refinement. and feedback, video analysis, game debrief. A level of expert MLB mentorship you won't find anywhere else.
- Equipment: Ninja Bat & Special Tripod
We focus on three areas every player wants to improve:
-
Hitting development — Understand timing, recognize hittable pitches, and develop a more repeatable approach at the plate.
-
Throwing development — Work on efficient movement and throwing performance, with progress tracked through measurable benchmarks.
-
Power development — Build age-appropriate athleticism, coordination, and power through structured conditioning.
The goal isn't to give your player another list of things to remember. It's to help him understand what he's doing, practice with purpose, and learn to make his own adjustments.
What makes the Clubhouse different?
Most players receive plenty of advice: hands back, stay inside the ball, get your foot down. Even good advice can become confusing when a player doesn't understand how to apply it.
I want to teach players the principles behind the instruction.
Using my 4D F.I.T. framework — Mindset, Timing, Map, and Mechanics — players learn to connect how they approach the game, time the ball, recognize the pitches they can hit, and organize their movement.
We build that understanding through movement rehearsals, practical drills, observation, competition, and feedback.
What your player will experience
Weekly in-person development
Structured sessions combining hitting rehearsals and drills, throwing development, age-appropriate power development, and competition.
A private learning community
Players can submit short rehearsal videos, receive focused feedback, learn by watching other players, and review game footage when useful.
Visible, measurable progress
We track relevant performance measures, including exit velocity, throwing velocity, and swing data, so families can evaluate development beyond the box score alone.
A better connection to the game
The objective is to help players develop a routine they understand and trust, recognize what needs attention, and make better adjustments as they learn.
Built to complement your player's team
Big League Clubhouse is designed to work alongside your player's existing team, league, and coaches — not replace them.
You remain your player's biggest supporter. My job is to provide a structured learning process that helps him make better use of the instruction he receives.
Meet Matt Nokes
I'm Matt Nokes, a 10-year Major League veteran, MLB All-Star, and Silver Slugger.
I've spent years learning and teaching the game. Big League Clubhouse brings that experience into a structured development environment where young players can learn the principles, rehearse them, and apply them through practice.
Founding-member enrollment
We're putting together the founding group at Apex Pro Athletics in Carlsbad.
The first session is targeted for the week of November 5, 2026. The final day, time, session length, and enrollment terms will be confirmed directly with families before enrollment is finalized.
